Free Online Whiteboard
Online Whiteboard gives you an endless canvas for sketching diagrams, flowcharts and wireframes with shapes, arrows, text, a pen and images. It is built on the open-source Excalidraw editor, saves the board automatically in this browser and exports PNG, SVG or editable .excalidraw files. There is no live collaboration, so share an exported file instead.

Quick answers
Where are my drawings stored?
Only in your browser's local storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing your browser data or using a private window deletes the autosave, so export important boards as .excalidraw files.
Can I collaborate with others in real time?
Not here: this whiteboard works entirely offline in your browser. Share an exported .excalidraw file or image instead.
Processed on your device: your files are never uploaded. How it works

Frequently asked questions
How do I export my whiteboard?
Open the menu (☰) and choose Export image for PNG or SVG (optionally with a transparent background), or Save to… / Export to keep an editable .excalidraw file you can open again later.
Can I add images?
Yes, drag an image onto the canvas or use the image tool. Very large images may be left out of the browser autosave, so export the board to keep them.
