Free Solitaire

Solitaire is classic Klondike with Draw 1 or Draw 3 and Standard or Vegas scoring. With Winnable deals only switched on, a solver checks each deal before you see it; you also get multi-step undo, hints, auto-finish once only face-up tableau cards are left, a daily deal and statistics for each draw mode.

Quick answers

Are all deals winnable?

With “Winnable deals only” on, each deal is solved by the computer before you see it, so a win is possible (it may still take some thought). If the solver cannot prove a deal within a few seconds, you are told.

What is the difference between Draw 1 and Draw 3?

Draw 1 turns one card at a time from the stock. Draw 3 turns three, and only the top one can be played, which makes the game much harder.

How to use the Solitaire

  1. Choose Draw 1 or Draw 3 and Standard or Vegas scoring; keep “Winnable deals only” on for deals the solver has checked.
  2. Drag cards between piles, or tap a card to send it to its best spot (foundation first).
  3. Build the tableau down in alternating colours and the four foundations up by suit from ace to king.
  4. Tap the stock to draw; when it is empty, tap it again to turn the waste over. Use Undo and Hint whenever you like.
  5. When every card is face up the game finishes itself. Try the daily deal and copy your result.
